UI and assessment update

Major updates: 

-player can now click on professor avatar to get reminded of hints relevant to that level

-assessment now tracks time spent on organizer HUD, hint/support text from professor, and error text from professor

-choices made are simpler now at player's desk

-player can now donate money to the office beautification fund and occasionally see new items appear on the wall
